Pam is an accomplished marketing professional with experience in both the B2B and B2C industries. She has over 20 years of expertise in developing and executing effective strategic plans and marketing initiatives that help companies get the most out of their marketing budget. She does this by becoming a student of her client's company, competitors and industry, and from all the marketing tools that are available, she recommends and helps implement the right tools and channels to market her client's products or services that help to acquire and maintain customers, drive business results and meet financial goals.

Pam has over 25 years working in various marketing leadership roles at Cigars International, Clement Communications and the Franklin Mint. While at Cigars International, she increased customers acquisitions and retention through both online and offline marketing channels. At Clement Communications, she not only initiated a change in strategic direction of the company, but developed and launched new products, and helped companies to “advertise” workplace safety to employees through custom communication programs. She also spent over 10 years at The Franklin Mint where she worked on numerous product lines, including the $250MM plate and home decor business where I developed and cultivated the top selling Princess Diana plate program, adding  into $9.8MM in revenue in its first 12 months; launched a new Collectible Plush product line that grew to $5MM in 12 months; and worked on the team that designed, produced and launched the company’s first Web Site.

Her background has given her the opportunity to use all types of marketing channels including direct marketing, print advertising, paid and free digital marketing, house list and prospecting email, SEO/SEM, trade show and event marketing, inside sales and telemarketing, partnerships/sponsorships/affiliations, and content marketing. She also has an extensive product development background where she has developed managed successful product portfolios, and created and launched hundreds of products from concept through fulfillment.
